Properties
Siwin-A110 used as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments. it can improve the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties – such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus - of the composites. The silane also reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. It can also greatly increase water (vapor) and corrosion resistance.
Applications
1)Glass fiber or glass fabric composites: As a finish or size constituent
2)Mineral fiber insulating materials and abrasives: As an additive to phenolic resin binders
3)Foundry resins: As an additive to phenolic, furan and melamine resins
4)Sealants and adhesives: As a primer or additive and for chemical modification
5)Mineral-filled polymers or HFFR cables: For pretreatment of fillers and pigments
6)Paints and coatings: As an additive and primer for improving adhesion to the substrate
7)As a primer for glass and metal
