M2030T MS Polymer / Silyl-Terminated-Polyether

M2030T is an alkoxy silane-terminated polyether polymer designed for use in moisture-curing elastic sealants, structural sealants, and sealing coatings. Sealants formulated with M2030T offer excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Unlike traditional polyurethane and silicone systems, this formulation is free of solvents and isocyanates, and cures without generating bubbles or odor.

It's particularly well-suited for applications in the construction, transportation, and general industrial sectors.

2030T polymer serves as a base polymer for elastic sealants, structural sealants, encapsulating adhesives, and coatings. It cures through moisture, and can be formulated into both single or two-component systems.

1.Siwin-M2030T can react with water or by absorbing moisture from the air, so it is important to isolate moisture during storage and production.

2. The dosage of Siwin-M2030T can be flexibly changed in the formulation design, and it can be mixed with most fillers such as nano calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, fumed silica, quartz powder, diatomaceous earth, aluminum hydroxide, etc..

3. In order to avoid pre-curing of the product, it is necessary to remove water from the filler. Siwin-V31 is generally used as a water scavenger.

4.In order to get better performance, you can mix other additives together, for example, tackifiers, antioxidants, mildew inhibitors, light stabilizers, etc.
