Applications

Applied for the smooth and clear finishing of cotton,viscose,tencl and Cellulose Fibers.

Usage amount for reference  

Crude oil emulsification please refer to the emulsification process.

(1)Dipping Process: Dilution   1~5 %( o.w.f)

(2)Padding Process: Dilution   10~40g/l

Emulsification Process

Formulation

1.RH-NB-8010                         20KG

2.Emulsifier                            10KG

3.Glacial acetic acid 1.5kg+3.5kg water    5Kg

4. Water                               65KG

Diluted into 30% amino silicone emulsion.

Process

 (1).Add RH-NB-8010 and the emulsifier in the container, and start to stir for 5-10min.

 (2).Add 4Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 0.5kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (3).Add 4Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 0.5kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (4).Add 4Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 0.5kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (5).Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 0.5kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (6).Add 15Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 1kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (7).Add 15Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.

 (8).Add 15kg water stir for 10min,can add some glacial acetic acid make the pH at moderate level

Packing&Storage&Transportation

50 or 120kg/drum

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 moths of storage period.
