Silane Waterproof Emulsion(penetration)

1. Small molecule silane formulation can penetrate millimeters into the concrete structure.

2. Different with the traditional closed coating material, WR-50 is a real waterproof breathable protective material.

3. It can be to decrease water absorption, prevent the damage of water-soluble harmful substance, decrease peeling due to freezing and weathering, to extend the life of the base material. The original appearance of structure will not be changed.

4. Can efficiently prevent the phenomenon of dark and mildew on the structure’s surface due to the acid rain, and keep it in a good appearance.

5. It can be used directly after diluted with water, and will keep a good performance under low solid conditions.

Construction Method

1. Repair the concrete structure defects, clear the dirt, wasted water and oil on the surface, and keep dry for over 3 days. Before silane treatment, it should be without any pollutants.

2. In order to generate the excellent effect of silane treatment, the new construction should be operated after 4 weeks, and the repairmen construction should be after 2 weeks. If the temperature is lower than 5℃, or higher than 40℃, or wind on the 6th scale, the project has to be stopped.

3. It is better to have a spraying testing in 5m2 before getting into a wide scale construction, If the result is qualified, then can keep going.

4. The tools can be spray gun, roller and brush. When using brush or roller, it should be sprayed over 2 times. And the structure’s surface should keep wet for 2 minutes; when using spray gun, it need keep on spraying until the base material soaked.

5. We suggest to spray twice, it should be used 200~250g/m2 each time. After 2~4 hours when the concrete surface is almost dry,the twice work can move on.
